Nashvilleurbanretreats presents this spacious 2 bed 2 bath, which was designed by Nashville's best designer. Sliding doors lead to the largest outdoor deck with grill in this elevator building. The deck has a curated space for outdoor dining and entertainment with a few fun outdoor games to loosen up before heading out to downtown Nashville, which is a 15-20 min walk. Have some fun posing in front of a mural done by one of our favorite Nashville muralists as well as the cool neon angel wings.

Good to know

The apartment has everything you need with full kitchen and living areas, an outdoor patio/balcony, and two bedrooms each with private bathrooms and closets. There is a nook in the living room with a bunk bed. There are stainless steel appliances, basic cookware if you plan to cook, and a Keurig for that morning coffee. The apartment also has a tv in the living room and in each of the bedrooms, free wifi, and white noise machines for a sound night of sleep.

Other Details to Note

IMPORTANT: You will receive a message up to 24 hours before your stay with unique entry codes. It will give you access from 3:00 pm check-in time until 10:00 am check-out time. The designated code will work on the unit door and all common doors in the building. The apartment is located IN THE CITY, and with that there are some city noises like traffic. The host was extremely quick to respond, friendly, and communicative! Like many others, our group trip to Bonaroo was rained out, and we had to pivot quickly. Bruna responded almost immediately to our very late, same-day request to book her place, and having a new place to salvage our vacation saved the day. We had 7 people and didn't want to break up our group into hotels. The home accommodated all of us, had great places to hang out, and was a reasonably close walk to Broadway. Everything was pristine and homey! Thank you, Bruna! We will definitely look for you as a host if/when we visit Nashville again!

Very nice apartment in a very nice, secure building. It was about a 20 minute walk to downtown. Being used to walking everywhere when at home in New York City, the walk was a breeze - even if a lot of the walking is uphill. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make a few meals. The grill on the balcony was a bonus. Balcony was nice to unwind on. The hostess Bruna was VERY responsive. We had a few questions and she was quick to respond and if necessary, resolve. The mattresses were SUPER comfortable. Best sleep we got in a while! Furniture was comfortable, bathrooms were spacious, clean and Bruna generously supplied necessary toiletries. Thank you, Bruna, for sharing your beautiful space with us!

I would highly recommend this space! When we plan our next trip to Nashville, I hope that Bruna‘s place is available again. It is within walking distance to so many things or is a very short Uber ride to many attractions like Broadway. Bruna was extremely communicative and accommodating. The house was very clean, plenty of space for all of us.

Bruna’s place was awesome. The communication was amazing. Communicated and early and often and was very responsive to questions. The place was very clean and thought of everything a guest might need. Place was quiet with occasional loud traffic but not bad at all. Deck was beautiful with electric grill, games and relaxing. Walk to Broadway was about 15-30 min or approx $13 comfortable Lyft ride for 4 or public electric scooters available. Also, fairly close to the Gulch, 3rd & Lindsley, The Listening Room and the City Winery for entertainment. There’s also a nearby sports bar so location is great. Checkout was easy again with great communication on what is expected on checkout. I really enjoyed the stay with friends, perfect for friends and family for 3-6 people. Highly recommend and Bruna was an amazing host.

Recently had my birthday trip at this AMAZING place! The balcony was the biggest one in the entire complex, beautiful views and great for pictures. Plenty of space, the beds were comfy ( even the bunk beds were spacious and super comfy). Kitchen was perfect and had so many helpful items, more than any other Airb&b I’ve ever stayed in. Lastly, a huge shoutout to the host. Bruna was a 10/10 host and was very helpful the entire trip. We arrived a little early after our 11 hour road trip, and she was able to respond immediately and help us make it in! Even after the trip, she never left us high and dry. We left a few items and was so kind to help us out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! - Uber/ Lyft rides were insanely cheap to and from Broadway from this Airb&b. We were paying $5 for rides throughout the busy weekend. Thanks again Bruna for making this trip a breeze!!

The Airbnb was exactly as described. Very clean and a great location. The kitchen was great with stocked coffee and a few snacks. We were able to Uber downtown and our hosts offered some good suggestions. I would definitely recommend this rental and I would stay again on my next visit.
